My journey

When someone tells you that love has power you could not imagine
you better believe it.
When someone willing to die because of the love he/she feels
you better not see this from one eye.
You may judge or correct him/her,
but beware when you would be the one under condemnation.

When you smile to someone,
and if he/she feels the smile,
you could not imagine how far it will last.
Even when you smile alone,
it would somehow makes other people who sees it smile.

When you talk to a young boy
who tries to get money by borrowing you an umbrella when it rains
you wouldn’t believe how strong your words for him to endure the struggling.
At the same time, you wouldn’t realize that actually you are powering your spirit, soul, and body.

When you tap someone’s shoulder as he/she is about to get tired,
you are giving him/her a reason to keep fight.

When you hold a hand of a beggar and see in his/her eyes as you give him/her some money,
you are raising his/her heart.

When you feel hatred for the first time, you would feel how bitter it was
Then slowly you could hate your self, and somehow it would be hard for you to go back
But, you wouldn’t be aware of what could possibly recover you

When you cut your communication with your family, there must be a judgment going on
They set rules and play ego as they say for others’ benefit
Some people would ask to be recognized and show their authority
You wouldn’t realize what actually binds the family.

I folded these two vases based on two works. The dark green one is based on the design by Verdi Adams, titled Verdi’s Vase. The light green one is based on the design by Stephen Hecht, titled Vase.

The waterlilly (blue one), I folded based on the design by Maarten van Gelder, titled Waterlilly. The lotus (red one), I couldn’t find out whose design it is.

This one, I folded based on the design by Eric Joisel, titled Una Rata. The model looks very nice with details as a rat especially on the ears, nose, and tail.

I folded this kind of beetle based on the design by Hans Birkeland, titled Beetle. It was supposed to be folded by paper with another color instead of pink, but I kind a like it that way
